This English version is a translation provided for convenience only. The Hebrew version is the binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Use of the studio's website is subject to the terms below. Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of them.
Status of the site
This is a showcase website. It presents collections and information about the studio, and is not an online store: there are no sales, no shopping cart and no payment. Information presented on the site should not be regarded as a binding offer. Design, availability, timelines and terms are agreed individually at an appointment at the studio and set out in a separate agreement.
Copyright in the photographs and designs
All content on the site — including the collection photographs, the designs, the logo and the texts — is protected by copyright and belongs to Hadas Manor Atelier or to the photographers it works with, as the case may be.
- The photographs and designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission
- Images from the site may not be used to produce, replicate or imitate a gown
- Personal, non-commercial sharing on social media, keeping the identifying marks intact and crediting the studio, is permitted and indeed welcome
Likeness of the women photographed
The photographs on the site feature models and brides who have given their consent to publication. Their images may not be used in any way beyond viewing on the site.
Accuracy of information
We strive to keep the information on the site up to date and accurate. Even so, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or details that have changed. Fabric colors as they appear on screen may differ from the actual color, due, among other things, to display differences between devices.
Liability
Use of the site is at the user's own risk. The studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by use of the site or by reliance on content presented on it, except where such liability cannot be limited by law.
External links
The site may contain links to external services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram or map services. The studio has no control over their content or their privacy policies.

Details of the site's level of accessibility, and of how to contact us about it, are set out in the accessibility statement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts in the Jerusalem District.
