The studio respects your privacy. This document explains what information is collected on this website, what it is used for, and what you can demand regarding it. It is deliberately written in plain language.

What information is collected

Information you provide on your own initiative — name, phone number, email address, event date and a free-text message, when you contact us through the contact form, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
Basic technical information — the website's hosting servers keep technical access logs that include IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These are generated automatically on every website and are used for security and maintenance only.

What this website does not do

As of the last update of this document:

The website does not use tracking cookies and does not place advertising pixels
No analytics system that tracks visitors is installed on the website
The information is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes
The website has no personal profiles, user accounts or credit card processing

The accessibility adjustments you choose in the accessibility panel are stored only in your browser's localStorage. They are not sent to the server, and we do not see them.

What the information is used for

To get back to you and arrange an appointment at the studio
To manage ongoing communication about an order or tailoring work
To meet the accounting and legal obligations that apply to the business

The information is not used for promotional mailings unless you have explicitly asked for them, and in any case you can ask to be removed at any time.

Transfer of information to servers abroad

The website is hosted by an international hosting provider, so the technical access logs and inquiries sent through the form may be stored on servers outside Israel. The provider is obligated to protect information at the level accepted in the industry.

How long the information is kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as they are needed for contact with you, and after that for the period required by law. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it, you may contact us and ask to:

Inspect the information stored about you
Correct information that is not accurate, complete or up to date
Delete the information, where there is no legal obligation to keep retaining it
Stop marketing communications, if any were sent

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect the information, but as with any online service, we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
